How it Works

Juvederm Voluma® XC is designed to help correct sagging cheeks that are flat and have lost shape.   It is an injectable gel for deep in section in the cheek area correcting age-related volume loss in adults over 21 years of age.   Juvederm Volume® XC is the longest-lasting HA filler available lasting up to 2 years.   As reported in clinical study, Juvederm Volume® XC patients perceived themselves as looking 5 years younger at 6 months after treatment, and 3 years younger at 2 years after treatment.  It is important to note that results may vary.

What Can I Expect?

The most commonly reported side effects included injection-site redness, swelling, pain , tenderness, firmness, lumps/bumps, bruising, discoloration, and itching.   Most side effects were moderate and lasted 2 to 4 weeks.
